You already have a Windows Phone app so I'm assuming the majority of the code is already written. Essential features such as connect need to added to the app also. Having Spotify's desktop app, while being the go-to for all desktop users, is feeling the age and is starting to get clunky. My suggestion to the Spotify development team is to build a new Spotify app on the Universal Windows Platform.
